If you sell your gift card on our website, you agree to allow us to withdraw or charge-back your payment method in case repayment is due at a later time. If we are not successful in collecting the amount owed, you will be responsible for issuing a full refund to us, and we reserve the right to collect reimbursement using legal methods. You will also be responsible for paying an additional fee for each letter of claim sent to you and any legal fees incurred. If legal action is necessary, you will be responsible for paying an additional £450 in addition to the original payment received for the gift card, as well as any additional costs associated with debt recovery.
