How do we validate gift cards?

To make Cards2Cash a safe place for people to shop for gift cards, we ensure that before a gift card is added onto our website, we check its value. We do this by going directly to the retailers, most of whom have a balance checking tool. After we verify the balance, with some retailers, we request them to change the redeemable code. This is to protect our buyers and sellers from false claims. If the retailer doesn't have a  balance checking tool then we get in touch with them to authenticate the gift card.
