I need to cancel my order

All buyers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that all buyers have 14 days to cancel or return their order once delivered. However, as Gift Cards are classed as a digital product and you are sent the redeemable code, once you have paid there is no option to cancel the order. All buyers loose this right once they have paid and received the code. If you would like to cancel the order once you have received it then we recommend that you sell the gift card back to us using the Sell2Us service and you will be paid within 2 weeks from sale.
