New bank transfer feature

We're excited to let you know that we have updated our bank transfer feature! Below is a guide on how to use our new feature.

Bank Transfer Button

You can now go straight to the checkout and press 'checkout with bank transfer'

Follow the steps listed to make a purchase once you have clicked the checkout with bank transfer button. Your purchase will be delivered as soon as we have received your transfer. Please make sure to send the correct amount as stated on the 'bank transfer price' section otherwise your transfer will be processed as an account top-up.

Track previous transfers

You can now view all transfers associated with your Cards2Cash account. Simply go to your profile, and click the new 'bank transfers' button. You can also now see the bank transfer number associated with that specific transfer, so if you have an issue, you can advise us of the number.

24/7 Registered Transfers

We recognised that it's inconvenient for you to wait for a transfer to be applied out of hours, which is why we have now configured our system to apply your transfer as and when you have sent it. There will be no delays depending on the time it was sent to us.

Account top-ups

Due to the way our new system works, if you send a transfer different to the one stated on the card you wish to purchase, it will be applied as an account top-up. Account top-ups now take 3 minutes to be applied to your account. If you are placing an order, please make sure to send the correct amount as listed on the payment page.
